Proof, not promises.

Repositioning an FMCG brand. Running one campaign across 200+ centres in ten languages. Taking mass retail into premium digital. Here’s what that looked like.

Pintola · FMCG & Nutrition

From the breakfast table to the gym bag

A peanut butter brand read as a children’s product. We moved it into performance nutrition — and let the community do the launching.

The problem

Cartoon packaging was setting the ceiling

Pintola was landing with parents buying for kids. The nutritional story — the reason a serious athlete would pick it up — was nowhere in the packaging, the shelf presence or the content. That capped both the audience and what the brand could charge.

What we did

Repositioned, then handed the mic over

New audience definition, a new visual language, and nutrition-first packaging. For the launch we brought in Sunil Chhetri — then built the campaign around user-generated video rather than brand-led messaging, so the proof came from the community instead of from us.

MAAC · Education

Unified vision, hyper-local execution

‘MAAC Socha Hai’ — one national idea, delivered without dilution to more than two hundred centres.

The problem

National campaigns lose their edge on the way down

A network of 200+ centres across India, each with its own local language, local audience and daily marketing needs. The usual outcome is a strong central concept that arrives at the centre level watered down and off-brand.

What we did

Built the rollout into the concept

Twenty-plus master creatives designed to adapt, then localised into ten-plus languages including Punjabi and Tamil. Five brand films. Daily outdoor and centre-level collateral produced on a schedule the network could actually keep up with.

Denver · Grooming & Fragrance

Mass retail, elevated to premium digital

A shelf-strong brand whose digital presence wasn’t earning it the price it deserved.

The problem

Strong in store, thin online

Low digital readiness and very little fragrance education in the content. Customers had no vocabulary for what made one Denver product different from the next — so the decision defaulted to price.

What we did

An editorial voice, and something to learn

Introduced a luxury-leaning, editorial visual language and built fragrance education directly into the content. When Denver expanded into skin and body care, we shaped the launch so the new range arrived inside that same elevated world rather than beside it.

National Geographic · Media

Global guidelines, held to the letter

Promotions and internal communication for a brand with very little room for interpretation.

The problem

No margin for off-tone work

Strict global brand guidelines, and an internal audience that knows the brand better than anyone outside it. Anything that reads as generic marketing fails immediately.

What we did

Wrote it the way they write

Editorial, storytelling-led messaging crafted to match the tone and rigour a global media brand holds itself to — delivered inside the guidelines rather than around them.
